  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in our prices.

  • These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

6. Wrong Address Policy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • You are responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors.

Contact us ASAP if you need an address correction before your order ships.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Islama Streetwear is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays due to the carrier

  • Weather-related disruptions
